So I bought these originally to train my right eye to be dominant for rifle shooting and they certainly have been helpful in that aspect. I can get right on target being a right handed shooter with left eye dominance. Love that they are rechargeable and I can choose different modes and I get tips emailed to me with suggestions for use. What has been really great is that I have noticed my reaction time get just a smidge better when playing volleyball. I play libero mostly and it has been a game changer in getting the ball up on some hard hits. I've actually been able to time my hits better too in rotation. Easy to recommend these glasses to anyone looking to improve eye strength and reaction time in whatever area of their life they find fit. I would say that if you wear glasses the elastic is adjustable; however, I could see it being a little uncomfortable. So I would suggest contact use if possible. I don't wear glasses so I can't say from personal experience but I cannot imagine it working if you're actively practicing with these on over other glasses.
